I can't say enough great things about Phoenix! She helped my Father-in-law sell his home & we are so grateful for how she guided us in this experience. We had an extremely stressful selling experience before Phoenix & she proved that it can be done with grace, professionalism, & efficiency the whole time! Not to mention, with her guidance on listing price, we were able to get 100k over what we were going to initially list at! She even went above & beyond in multiple ways outside of her job description to make sure we are taken care of in our next chapter. I chose a realtor to sell my condo … three months and nothing. I brought in Phoenix. From the start, she was on the ball and knew what to do. Within 1 week, it was ready to list with all new pictures. They weren’t just like the previous pictures, which were from an iPhone.
